Hi there, as lots of us here know, Jesus Christ has been resurrected from the dead by God and is sitted at God’S right-hand today. He shall come again on earth on the last day ; “The Second Coming” to judge the living and the dead.
God loves revealing Himself to us and telling us truths way before time. Christ shall come again but we don’t know the time, we don’t know the exact date, God only knows. Please take a look with me at scriptures for what God says about this.
Mark 13:33-37 KJV
Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. [34] For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch. [35] Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: [36] Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. [37] And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.
I would like to emphasize on the fact that, many people think the second coming is far and so God’S judgment on them is far, but remember that He shall come to judge the living and the dead.
It is only while living that we can accept The Lord Jesus Christ as our personal Lord and Saviour and confess Him as our Lord. When someone dies it is kind of “the end of his world” in this physical realm, his soul remains living, and if the person died in The Lord (ie being saved) he has not to worry because for sure he will spend eternity with Jesus Christ and God and His Holy Spirit in Heaven.
But no body knows exactly when he will die, nobody knows exactly when Jesus shall come back, reason why God wants us to be ready whenever the time, ready.
How should we be ready?
-accepting The Lord Jesus Christ as one’s personal Lord and Saviour
– dwelling in God’S Word ie. Doing His will rather than dwelling in sin.
-confessing every sin to God whenever we sin
-trusting in God
I think the list can be extended , but for today I’ll give just these.

SALVATION PRAYER
Dear God in Heaven, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I acknowledge to You that I am a sinner, and I am sorry for my sins and the life that I have lived; I need your forgiveness.
I believe that your only begotten Son Jesus Christ shed His precious blood on the cross at Calvary and died for my sins, and I am now willing to turn from my sin.
You said in Your Holy Word, Romans 10:9 that if we confess the Lord our God and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead, we shall be saved.
Right now I confess Jesus as the Lord of my soul. With my heart, I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead. This very moment I accept Jesus Christ as my own personal Savior and according to His Word, right now I am saved.
Thank you Jesus for your unlimited grace which has saved me from my sins. I thank you Jesus that your grace never leads to license, but rather it always leads to repentance. Therefore Lord Jesus transform my life so that I may bring glory and honor to you alone and not to myself.
Thank you Jesus for dying for me and giving me eternal life. AMEN.
