Day 17: Invest with God 

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and depart from evil.

Proverbs 3:5‭-‬7 NKJV

Hello beloved of The Lord, you’re blessed and highly favoured.

As previously seen, we shouldn’t just save and spend money, we also have to invest money. Many believers count only on their salary, they live from paycheck to paycheck and they never invest. Did you know that one great business idea in which you invest can produce in two years what your salary would have produced in 20 years?

It’s time to start investing, and to invest hand in hand with God. Many Christians just say yes to every investment opportunity that is presented to them. That’s how they lose a lot of money in money multiplications scams. They do not consult God before jumping into the businesses but when it fails they come back to blame God. 

You need to receive specific instructions from God on how to invest. Don’t invest foolishly. Don’t say yes to everything. Inquire of The Lord first. If we want to be Kingdom Billionaires, we have to do it God’s way. Spend time in the presence of God, ask Him specific questions, download business ideas from Him and inquire of Him every step along the way. He will lead you to your green pastures.

Prayer:

My Father, My God, I refuse to lean on my own understanding. I choose to acknowledge You in my finances. Lord give me wisdom to identify good investment opportunities, give me great money-making ideas. Father, help me to be bold and to invest, to not be fearful but to trust You for success. Lord surround me with the right people to invest with and help me to recognise them in Jesus Christ’s Name. Amen 

Assignment :

• Set apart 30 minutes today to remain silent before The Lord. Take a pen and your journal, Ask The Holy Spirit to give you investment ideas and to give you details on how to bring it to fulfilment.
