Ezekiel 33:11 I want them to change their lives so that they can really live. So come back to me!
Hello beloved ones of God, I hope you’re all fine by God’s grace.
Have you ever noticed that when we sin, commit mistakes, fall short and go astray, it’s easy for us to have the impression that God won’t want us back after what we did?
Today’s post is directed towards anyone who feels like they have gone too far to experience God’s mercy, too far for God to want them back.
If that’s how you feel today, we’ll look at 3 facts today from Ezekiel 33 which should answer your question.
1. God doesn’t want the death and condemnation of those who sin
 Ezekiel 33:11 NIV

Say to them, ‘As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord , I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live. Turn! Turn from your evil ways! Why will you die, people of Israel?’

That’s right, God is against sin, but He isn’t against us.
In other words, God has a problem with your sins, not with you.
"God has a problem with your sins, not with you" Quote by Victoria Eyog
He created us and He loves us. Ever since the garden of Eden, God has always demonstrated the same love towards man-kind. His wish is for us to live with Him and in Him. That’s why , He always leaves an open door for the dinner to turn back to Him during his life.
God doesn’t want us to die for our sins, that’s why He sent Jesus Christ to take our legitimate place on the cross. Don’t waste this grace, turn back to Him and live.
2. God forgets your sins (He forgives and lets go)
 Ezekiel 33:16 NIV

None of the sins that person has committed will be remembered against them. They have done what is just and right; they will surely live.

Yeah, for every sin you confess sincerely to God, He forgives you and doesn’t recall that to His mind. He gets over it, so why not you?
Why do you still live in the past, crying and feeling shameful and pitiful for sins which God doesn’t recall to mind any longer, sins for which you have already asked for His forgiveness and obtained it?
3. Go and sin no more
Ezekiel 33:19 NIV

And if a wicked person turns away from their wickedness and does what is just and right, they will live by doing so.

Once you’ve understood that He loves you and this will always want you, now that you’ve realized that He’s not focused on your past (though you are), you can go ahead and live a righteous life under the direction of The Holy Spirit.
Start doing the right thing now.
The only thing is not to turn back to your sins, and to evaluate progress not past failures.
Prayer
Father Lord God Almighty, thank You for loving me so much that You don’t treat me according to my sins but according to Your unfailing love. Thank You for being patient with me so that I may realize my sins and turn back to You. Help me walk in Your ears everyday, in Jesus Christ’s Name I pray. Amen
