The One Friend That Never Lets You Down

Hello everyone, I hope you’re all fine by God’s grace. Today’s post is about The One Friend that never lets you down.
Proverbs 18:24b KJV

 there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.

Here are some of the characteristics of this friend:
1. He loves you with an everlasting love 
Jeremiah 31:3 KJV

 Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.

2. He is a very present help to you in time of need
Psalm 46:1b KJV 

… a very present help in trouble.

3. He doesn’t keep record of your wrongs

1 Corinthians 13:5c NIV

…keeps no record of wrongs.

4. He is slow to anger 

Psalm 103:8 KJV

… merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.

5. He is a Wonderful Counsellor

Isaiah 9:6 KJV/NIV

…… and his name shall be called Wonderful Counsellor….. 

6. He comforts you

Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

 I guess you’ve realized who is this One Friend who will never let you down:

-JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH
Your friends and loved ones may fail you, disappoint you, criticize you, reject you, keep grudges against you, get angry with you all the time, give you poor advice, abandon you when you need them the most , or even end up hating you but…. 
JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN

Prayer 
Eternal Lord King of Glory, thank You for sending Your Only Son Jesus Christ to die on The Cross of Calvary for me. Thank You for being my best friend and my One Friend who will never ever let me down, in Jesus Christ’s Name I have prayed. Amen
