Hi everyone, I hope you are all fine by God’S grace.
Today we are more or less preparing a survival kit for whenever you feel discouraged (or someone by you feels dicouraged).
In any situation of our lives it is useful to look at Scriptures to find peace and security.
1. Have deep assurance that God won’t let you down, He is in control

Psalm 23:1-6 KJV
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. [2] He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. [3] He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. [4] Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. [5] Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. [6] Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

2. Cast all your cares upon Him

Psalm 55:22 KJV
Cast thy burden upon the Lord , and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.

3. Encourage your innerself to never give up. Rather than giving up, continue to praise The Lord, insist even if you don’t feel like.

Psalm 42:5 KJV
Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted in me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance.

4. PRAY This is important, please don’t feel so discouraged and overcome that you even give up on prayer, no don’t give up, pray without ceasing.

Philippians 4:6-7 KJV
Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. [7] And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

5. Keep the “big plan” in your mind. His plans are to prosper you and not to harm you.

Jeremiah 29:11 KJV
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord , thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

2 Corinthians 4:17-18 KJV
For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; [18] While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

Matthew 5:12 KJV
Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

I guess many more things can be said here, but for today we are ending the list here. (You can add more in your comments, please, I would love to know what you guys think about all these).
Please remember that God is your Heavenly Father, He created you out of love to take care of you, He won’t abandon you. Cheer up and be courageous.
God bless you all.
