Hi everyone, I hope you are all fine by God’S grace.
Today we are going to talk about living a life of consecration.
Let’s take a look at what The Bible says about this.

Romans 12:1-2 KJV
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. [2] And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

From these verses we can clearly see that God wants us to live a life of sanctification. God wants us to set ourselves apart from the world, He wants our lives, attitudes, actions, mentalities to differ from the world, to please Him, to be directed by His Holy Spirit.
There are some examples of consecration to God in The Old Testament, like this one.

Numbers 6:2-4, 8 KJV
Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When either man or woman shall separate themselves to vow a vow of a Nazarite, to separate themselves unto the Lord : [3] He shall separate himself from wine and strong drink, and shall drink no vinegar of wine, or vinegar of strong drink, neither shall he drink any liquor of grapes, nor eat moist grapes, or dried. [4] All the days of his separation shall he eat nothing that is made of the vine tree, from the kernels even to the husk. [8] All the days of his separation he is holy unto the Lord .

Nazarites were people who chose to separate themselves unto The Lord for a certain period of time. They were to abstain from everything which is unholy and remain pure before God.
As Christians, we ought to separate ourselves unto The Lord, not just for part of our lives, or a certain number of days from time to time but everyday and at every time. It’s not that much about abstaining from certain foods, it’s about living a whole life of sanctification and checking every attitude of ours with God’S Word under the direction of His Holy Spirit to do His will.
Surely and hopefully, with His Help we may be able to graduate from doing His acceptable will, to His good will and finally to His perfect will.
Prayer
Help me O Lord to consecrate my entire life to You, In Jesus Christ’S Name I pray.
Amen
